Daily sales and capital return

Cancelled sales are excluded

Daily capital return is estimated profit: sales minus estimated recipe ingredient costs and recorded expenses for that date. Recovered capital to date is cumulative from your payback start date and capped at your starting capital.

Ingredients & stock

Recipe quantities are deducted when a sale is recorded.

Stock quantities are kept in the unit shown (for example, g, ml, or pcs). Add purchases here to increase stock. Recipe usage is editable per menu item under Setup & data.

Other expenses

Record operating costs separately from ingredient purchases.

Monthly cost plan

Budget reference · not yet recorded as paid

Record each actual payment below when paid. The monthly plan is only a reference, so these costs are never automatically double-counted.

Loan payment notes

Cash commitments tracked separately from operating profit

Capital return

Track net profit and the cash you actually set aside for your ₱130,000 capital.

Capital return is separated from gross sales. The app estimates net profit from sales minus estimated recipe ingredient costs and recorded operating expenses. You can record cash set aside only up to the available net profit. Capital collections are tracked separately and are not expenses.

Cash capital recovery progress

Set aside cash from net profit

This does not add an expense

Enter the amount of net profit you actually transfer or reserve as capital recovery. The app will not let you record more than the eligible net profit accumulated by that date.

How the estimate works

Sales revenue − recipe ingredient cost − recorded operating expenses = estimated net operating profit. Loan payments and cash drawer payouts are not subtracted here unless entered as operating expenses. Estimated profit shows what is eligible; cash capital recovered shows only amounts you actually record above. Starting capital is not an expense.

Add a menu item and calculate its price

Enter the recipe and pack costs; the app estimates a selling price for each serving.

How to use: For each ingredient, enter the pack quantity and pack price, then the amount used per serving. For example, if a 1,000 g bag costs ₱99 and a serving uses 150 g, cost is ₱14.85. The recommended price uses the target ingredient-cost percentage; adjust it to your stall's goals. Add labor, utilities, rent, and other overhead separately when checking profitability.

Saving links these recipe amounts to inventory so each recorded sale deducts stock. Existing ingredients are matched by name; new ingredients are added with zero starting stock. Update their on-hand quantities under Inventory.
